Design and Modeling:

CAD Design: The process begins with creating a detailed 3D model of the injection rail using CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software. This includes defining the dimensions, shapes, and features of the component, such as fuel channels, mounting points, and ports for injectors.
Simulation and Testing: The CAD model is then subjected to simulation tests to ensure it meets all functional and structural requirements. This step helps identify potential design flaws and allows for optimization before physical production.

Material Selection:

CNC Programming:
