— Manufacturing Depth

Nine capabilities. One factory. No outsourced components.

From ECU firmware to brass valve CNC to final pressure verification — every stage runs under our roof, documented, and open to audit.

/ Founding & Platform History

Built for China's autogas market first

LyanteGAS was founded to solve engine-specific conversion gaps in the Chinese domestic market — starting with single-point carbureted engines and expanding into MPI and GDI platforms as OEM complexity grew.

Platform partnerships with Geely Emgrand, SAIC Roewe i5, Changan, and Chery followed as each OEM required a dedicated controller map and injector calibration profile — not a generic kit.

Today, 150+ distributors across Europe, Latin America, and Asia source LyanteGAS kits for these same platforms — verified on live engines, not derived from generic specifications.

+ In-House Production

Every stage photographed. Every line open to audit.

PCB SMT Assembly Line

ECU boards are assembled in-house on our SMT line — solder paste, component placement, and reflow all controlled internally. No third-party PCB subcontracting.

Brass Valve CNC Workshop

CNC-machined brass valves are cut, threaded, and inspected on-site. Tolerances are verified against each engine platform's inlet specification before packing.

Reducer Pressure Verification

Every reducer runs a full pressure-cycle test before it leaves the bench. Pass data is logged per unit — distributor partners receive test records on request.

Injector Calibration Bench

Injectors are flow-tested and calibrated against engine-specific fuel maps. Each batch carries a calibration certificate tied to the target vehicle platform.

▸ Global Distributor Network

150+ distributors. Three continents. One supply chain.

Europe — Europegas

Latin America — RTI Empresa

Asia — Highrise

Europegas distributes LyanteGAS ECU controllers and injector kits across the EU autogas installer network, stocking engine-matched sets for common European fleet platforms.

RTI Empresa covers the Latin American market with direct technical support for Changan and Chery platform conversions, supplying reducers and calibrated injector sets.

Highrise serves Southeast and South Asian markets, sourcing GDI and MPI kits for regional fleet operators with the same in-house tested components supplied globally.
